Paula Miller joined the Objective Measure team in 2016. Her organizational skills and high level of integrity are evident as she provides leadership and administrative oversight for our non-profit efforts. Paula’s ability to create trusted partnerships and advocate for the organization’s mission brings a value that can’t be matched.

With a Master of Science Degree in Counseling Education, Paula has a passion for encouraging others to better their lives and support them along the way. She isn’t afraid to admit she has overcome some of her own struggles with money and is proud of the changes she’s made in her financial life.

Paula is thrilled to be part of a non-profit that desires to help people develop a healthy financial life and learn a bit about investing. When asked to define what Objective Measure is all about in one sentence, her response is “FINALLY,  a non-profit that wants to educate people on investing and the only thing they want in return is behavior change!”

Paula and her husband have been married since 1992. They have two incredible sons that light up their lives. In recent years they have been blessed with a daughter-in-law and a granddaughter—who fills a hole in their hearts they never knew was empty! Paula’s faith, family and friends are her prized possessions. She also loves her dog, time at the cabin, cooking, dining out, walks, yoga, and a good book with a glass of wine.
